This book was created by Planned Parenthood in an effort to make the conversation about the birds and the bees a lot easier between adults and their pre-puberty kids. It gives information about:

- Sexually-transmitted diseases
This book gives a direct framework of the things that pre-teeners need to know to help them become sexually-responsible adults in the future.
Reflection and Comments
If you want full awareness for your kids, then this book is just that. It has a chapter book feel, but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s filled with information that we want our kids to learn about before they start discussing things with their peers, or worse, searching randomly online. It’s easier to find ways to be creative using the information in this book than reversing any wrong notion that they pick up from untrustworthy sources.
It also discusses the repercussions of irresponsible sex. The discussion on STDs is something that pre-teens and teenagers should learn about the moment they learn about sex not to scare them, but because it’s going to help them make responsible decisions in the future.
