Resilience tells the story of Emmi, a girl who braves every challenge and always tries her best no matter what. She is courageous and resilient. Some examples that shows how persistent Emmi is are:
- Trying and trying again no matter how many times she slipped on the floor when she was trying to learn how to crawl
- Continuing to go to school even if she felt lonely at first and even after she got bullied
- Getting up from the floor no matter how many times she was pushed down when she was trying to learn karate
