Reflection and Comments

This book is that it uses real questions, making it more relatable and easy to understand.

There is also a huge emphasis on embracing oneself despite the differences. In this day and age this is important in our hyper sexualised society knowing that social media and technology makes it easier for them to compare themselves with others.

It instills great values too, and talks about the importance of having the right influence. It even gives tips on how to have a better relationship with their parents. Having open communication with parents and other trusted adults plays such a critical role at this stage and it’s nice to see a resource like this addressing that.
