It also carries the same approach – giving practical advice that girls who are going through puberty can easily understand and follow.
The book does not discuss sex, but it does use accurate illustrations of the different parts of the body. The diagrams showing the vagina, for example, shows the clitoris clearly, although it is not labeled.
