Please read the following information and tick the boxes to agree with Amazing Me’s Booking Requirements:

I understand that a minimum of 20 students need to book into each day program and 25 families for evening programs and no refunds are given for student’s partial attendance or for non-attendance.

I understand that Amazing Me requires a minimum of 14 days’ notice for program cancellations or a fee of $340 (+GST) per lesson will be charged to the school.

I understand that Amazing Me will Invoice the School for full payment which must be paid 3 days before the event. Payments for online events and Evening Programs will be offered through a booking link.

I understand that class teachers must be present and available during program lessons. Teachers will be responsible for assisting students who have additional needs including behavioural support. This will enable Amazing Me to be able to deliver the content effectively to all those attending

I understand that it is the responsibility of the school to ensure that classrooms and/or halls are set up to provide access to the AV technology required by the presenter who uses a MacBook with an adaptor. Requirements include: a screen, microphone, a small table, and a lectern. Seating for evening seminars must be set up prior to the presentation.
