Why do I have to go through puberty? When will it happen?
What is a wet dream? How do I know that my period is on its way? What is sex? How are babies made? How does the baby get out?

This online two-part course includes information about:
Part 1 is about bodies, body safety, diversity, what is puberty -why, when, and how puberty happens, the physical, emotional and social changes. Part 2 is about how to take care of yourself and practical strategies to cope and be prepared. This course does not include reproduction.
