Do children with disabilities need sexual health education? They sure do, just like any other child -actually more than any other child. Statistics show us that children with special needs are more at risk of sexual abuse. However, some parents don’t always provide it because they may believe that their child will not need it if they have a disability.
There is a need for more books for children with disabilities but I do have a few fantastic ones in the resource section of my website.
