15 of the Best Sex Education Books For Parents and Carers

Sex ed books for adults

Being a parent in today’s world is not easy even though we have more information than ever before. There are just so many resources, (and more constantly coming out) to help educate and support us.

It’s the same when it comes to books about sexual health topics. Sometimes this can be overwhelming, where do you begin? I think that parenting books are a great place to start. Why? Because they get you thinking about what you believe and educate you about what’s going on in the world. They also help you to know what to say and how to say it. We all need that at times, even I do when talking with my adult kids (and I talk about these things every day.)

Talking about tough topics is not easy, because we are dealing with so much unchartered territory (mainly the internet) and also our present culture contributes so many unhealthy attitudes about sex in general.
